For instance, our current apartment booking may be too demanding, or we may be unable to meet your requested deadline, etc. In these types of circumstances, we reserve the right to give your request to our associate who will match you up with accommodation that meet your need. Submitting this request acknowledges your understanding and agreement with this policy. If you prefer that we do not give your request to our associate, please say so when completing this request.
